Each user is permitted to hold one pkr998 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether opened intentionally or accidentally — are in breach of these terms. If you discover that you have inadvertently created more than one pkr998 account, contact support@pkr998.ws immediately. Attempting to circumvent account restrictions by opening duplicate accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts and permanent exclusion from pkr998.

Your pkr998 account is personal to you. All financial transactions on pkr998 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr998 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card network may apply their own standard transaction charges independent of pkr998.

The following payment methods are accepted on pkr998 for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by a Pakistani bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your pkr998 account balance instantly. Bank IBFT deposits are credited within one to three business hours. Card deposits are credited instantly subject to bank authorisation.

All bets placed on pkr998 are binding upon placement and confirmation. Once a bet has been accepted by pkr998 and a bet ID issued, it cannot be cancelled by the member except where pkr998 specifically offers a cash-out or void facility for that market.

The minimum bet amount on pkr998 is Rs 200. Maximum bet amounts vary by market and event. pkr998 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any account at its discretion, including without prior notice, if it determines that the level of activity poses a risk management concern.

pkr998 endeavours to display accurate odds at all times. However, in the event of a technical error or manifest error in displayed odds — for example, odds that are clearly inconsistent with the market for a given event — pkr998 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds and refund stakes to member balances. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already settled at the incorrect odds.

Live in-play betting: Markets may be suspended at any time during a live event at pkr998's discretion, particularly during key moments such as wicket reviews, video referrals, or weather delays. Bets accepted prior to a suspension stand. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted even if the submission appears to have gone through on the member's device.

Abandoned and postponed events: If a cricket match or other event is abandoned before a result is reached, pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If a DLS result is declared, that constitutes the official result for match winner bets. In-play bets already settled at the time of abandonment stand. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and Conditions plus any additional terms specific to the individual offer. Wagering requirements apply to most pkr998 deposit bonuses. The wagering requirement means the total amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The following general rules apply to all pkr998 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

Cashback is calculated on net losses only — if a member has net winnings in the calculation period, no cashback is owed for that period. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your last-used payment method once identity verification requirements have been met. Bonus funds not yet converted through completed wagering are forfeited on account closure.

pkr998's decisions on the settlement of bets, interpretation of bet rules, and bonus terms are final once the internal complaints process has been exhausted. Manifest errors in data entry, odds publication, or market pricing may be corrected retroactively even after markets have been settled, in accordance with Section 5 of these Terms.
